The PROPS Brewery team spent the day visiting new friends at Ivybridge Brewery in South Devon. Ivybridge was created with the aim of employing adults with learning difficulties in their local area, the same mission that is at the heart of our own brewery project here at PROPS.

Our ultimate goal is to create a successful Enterprise that offers employment opportunities for lots of our trainees, with a variety of skill sets.

At the visit, PROPS trainees helped with the bottling, caping and packaging of two Ivybridge beers and got a real sense of what jobs would need to be undertaken in the future here at our own brewery project.

It was a real pleasure to see the incredible work underway at Ivybridge and inspiring to see what can be done on a small scale to make great tasting beer with a socially conscious message, something that we at PROPS are striving for.

We can’t wait to return the favour and have the Ivybridge team visit us in Bristol to show them what we’re all about.

Stay tuned for updates surrounding our upcoming beer launch and other news of our projects and Entreprises through our website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
