Kevin Smith Chair of Trustees

Kevin has over 30 years experience in IT/Business Consultancy. Following an early career with Rolls-Royce plc and then with Bank of America, Kevin started his own consultancy in 1985 and has worked with a number of clients including Hoare Govett, Security Pacific, Lloyds Bank plc, Orange and Virgin Media. Kevin first became involved with PROPS in 2009, becoming a Trustee in 2011 and Chair of trustees since 2013. Married with 3 children, Kevin enjoys cycling, cricket and supporting Bristol Rugby.


Jonathan Jenkins Treasurer and Trustee

  

Jonathan has 10 years' experience working within Finance, and has been a Chartered Management Accountant since 2011. He currently works for Motability Operations where he is the Head of Finance. Jonathan first became involved with PROPS in 2009 with the Bristol to Paris ride, he then became treasurer of the charity in 2012. Jonathan lives in Bishopston, Bristol, is captain of Bishopston RFC and is a keen cyclist (in the summer).


Katy Driscoll Trustee

Katy has over 15 years’ experience as a Business Project Manager managing large business change projects. Katy first became involved with PROPS in 2013 when she took part in the Bristol to Bordeaux cycle challenge. In 2013 she joined the Bristol to Bordeaux organising committee as well as providing secretarial support to the Trustees before becoming a Trustee in 2014. Katy has a very busy social life and is a keen supporter of Bristol Rugby.


Sarah Lewis Trustee

 

With a 20 year career in Human Resources, Sarah is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and works for Motability Operations in Bristol, as Head of HR. Prior to this, she had previous experience in the fleet leasing and utilities industries. Similarly to others, Sarah first became involved in PROPS after undertaking the Bristol to Bordeaux ride in 2016, and saw ‘first hand’ the  significant contribution PROPS made to the lives of young adults with learning disabilities. She became a Trustee in 2017. Sarah lives in Wiltshire with her two children and has become a keen fair weather cyclist. 


Tim Dutton Trustee

Originally from Australia, Tim moved to the UK and has now settled in Bristol.  Aside from a busy family life, Tim works a consultant programme manager for financial services companies and chairs one of Bristol’s oldest swimming clubs.

Tim got involved with PROPS in 2017 when he joined the throng of committed cyclists heading from Bristol to Bordeaux on what is now a major event in the UK cycling calendar.  Having never been a cyclist, he soon became passionate about it, and equally passionate about the work that PROPS is doing for young adults in our community.  Tim soon become a Trustee and enjoys being part of the committed PROPS family.
